Feirix works with several Partner Distribution Centers (Portugal, Spain, other EU countries, and outside the EU). Therefore, delivery times depend exclusively on the origin of the product(s) and the delivery address.

How we display the delivery time

  • In the cart and at checkout, the system calculates and shows the estimated delivery time based on your address and the origin of the items.
  • If the order has multiple origins, you will see the indication of separate shipments and their respective delivery times.

Factors that influence delivery time

  • Origin location (closest available distribution center at the time).
  • Delivery location (country, region, postal codes, and remote areas).
  • Product type and availability (large/heavy items may require special handling).
  • Available shipping services for that route at the time of purchase.
  • If the shipment comes from a different customs area than the destination country, customs procedures or fees may apply, which could influence delivery time.

Orders with different origins

You may receive your items in separate packages and on different dates. The checkout process will clearly indicate this.

Order tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email to follow the status of your order.
  • Status updates are automatically provided when available.

  • During peak periods (e.g., seasonal campaigns), delivery times may vary.
