How we handle reviews

Reviews help other customers decide. That is why we follow these rules:

• Verified buyers only: only customers who bought a product at Feirix can review it. Each review is linked to a paid order containing that product (checked by the order email or the customer account).
• We publish positive and negative reviews: we do not hide reviews for being negative or highlight positive ones. They are shown from newest to oldest.
• Moderation: each review is read before publication. We only reject reviews with illegal or offensive content, personal data, advertising, or that are not about the product. We never edit the text.
• No incentives: we do not pay or offer discounts for reviews, and we do not ask for positive reviews.
• Star average: we only show the average and the number of reviews once a product has at least 3 reviews; with fewer, only the texts are shown.
• Issues: if you see a review that breaks these rules, write to [email protected].
