Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive by email a tracking code linked to the shipment. This code allows you to follow the delivery status in real time, directly on the carrier’s website.

  • The tracking code is automatically sent to the email used for the purchase.
  • The email also includes a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.
  • You can also access the tracking information in your Customer Area on the Feirix website.

If your order includes items shipped from different distribution centers, you will receive more than one tracking code. Each shipment may be delivered separately, on different dates, depending on the logistics of each carrier.

  • The tracking status is updated directly by the carrier’s system.
  • Some carriers only provide tracking information once the parcel is in transit.
  • The delivery times shown in the tracking system are the responsibility of the carrier.
