SHIPPING

What shipping methods are available?

Orders are shipped through trusted national and international carriers. The shipping method is automatically defined according to the destination and type of product, ensuring the fastest and safest solution possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, through a network of Partner Distribution Centers located in several countries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time depends on the Partner Distribution Center responsible for shipping and the destination of the order.

In some cases, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Estimated delivery times are always shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

In most cases, taxes and duties are already included in the price shown at checkout. For high-value orders (above €150) or in certain countries, additional charges may be applied by local customs authorities. These costs, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I use a different address for billing and shipping?

Yes. You can enter a shipping address that is different from the billing address during checkout.

What happens if I am not at home for the delivery?

The carrier will attempt a new delivery or leave the order at a local pick-up point/partner. If additional issues arise, please contact the carrier directly.

PAYMENT

What payment methods are available?

We accept Multibanco, MB WAY, PayPal, credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and Bank Transfer.

Is it safe to shop online?

Yes. We only work with certified and secure payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal), ensuring encryption and maximum protection of transactions. Feirix never stores card details on its servers.

Can I pay on delivery (cash on delivery)?

No. The cash on delivery payment method is not available, as it implies higher costs, increased risks and lower security in the process. We use secure digital methods (MB WAY, PayPal, cards, Multibanco) that ensure speed, reliability and better protection for both the customer and Feirix.

Which currency is used on the website?

All prices are shown in euros (€). If you are purchasing outside the Eurozone, currency conversion will be handled automatically by your bank or card provider.

ORDERS & RETURNS

How do I place an order?

Browse the online store, add the desired products to the cart, and complete the purchase through checkout, choosing your preferred payment and shipping method.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If it has already been shipped, you may exercise your right of return within the legal period.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

No. You can complete your purchase as a “Guest”. However, we recommend creating an account so you can track your order history and manage your data.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. You can track the delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.

How do I return a product?

You have 14 days to return non-customized items, provided they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

If your order was delivered in separate shipments, you may exercise the right of return per item, without needing to return all products at the same time.

I received a damaged or wrong product, what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and packaging, so we can resolve the situation quickly.

Are there products that cannot be returned?

Yes. Personalized items, perishable goods or hygiene/personal-use products cannot be returned, unless defective.

COMMUNICATIONS

Can I receive promotional communications?

Yes. You may receive newsletters and marketing campaigns if you have given your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in the emails or by contacting Feirix.

Can I choose the type of communications I want to receive?

Yes. You can manage your communication preferences through your account or via the links included in our newsletters.

  • Transactional communications (essential, cannot be disabled):
    • Order confirmation
    • Shipping updates and tracking code
    • Information about returns, exchanges and warranties
