• The Omni AirMax antenna is a Carrier Class omnidirectional MIMO antenna with Dual Polarization 2×2, specially designed for the Rocket (Rocket not included). You only need a Rocket and an Omni AirMax antenna to create a 360º long-range base station.
• Unlike standard WiFi protocols, Ubiquiti’s proprietary AirMax protocol based on Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) allows each client to send and receive data at pre-designated time intervals by an intelligent controller incorporated into the AP.
