To use, it is essential to clean the skin, removing any oils or creams, and dry it with a soft towel. Next, remove the protective film from the cups and strap. Position the cup at the desired angle on the breast and gently press the edges. Then, pull the strap up over the shoulder and adhere it to the skin. Repeat the process with the other breast, ensuring both cups are firmly attached for optimal effect.

To maintain the lifts in good condition, hand wash them with warm water. After they are completely dry, it is recommended to cover the cups with the protective films.
