Feirix works with several Partner Distribution Centers located in Portugal, Spain, other EU countries, and outside the EU. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the distribution center(s) processing your order.
Our system always selects the most affordable shipping option available for your location, ensuring the best balance between price and delivery time.
How we calculate shipping costs
- Delivery location: country, region, and postal codes (remote areas may include adjustments for cost and/or time).
- Product origin: whenever possible, items are shipped from the closest center to reduce costs and delivery time.
- Weight/volume: large or heavy items may have additional charges based on size or volume.
- Available service: the system automatically selects the carrier/service with the best available rate.
Orders with multiple origins
Each product may be shipped from a different distribution center. If your order includes items from different centers, you may:
- Receive the items in separate packages and on different dates.
- See split shipping costs by origin (clearly displayed at cart/checkout).
Shipping cost simulation
- In the cart, enter your address to view the estimated shipping cost before completing your order.
- At checkout, shipping costs are automatically updated according to the selected items and delivery address.
Free shipping campaigns
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on certain categories, countries, or orders above a minimum value. These conditions will be displayed on product pages, in the cart, and/or in active promotions.
Delivery times & tracking
Estimated delivery times are displayed together with shipping costs at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email to follow your order’s status.
Taxes & customs
For shipments sent from outside your customs union (e.g., outside the EU), customs duties or import VAT may apply and will be the recipient’s responsibility, according to local laws.
Additional notes
- Oversized items may require special delivery with differentiated costs.
- Deliveries to islands or remote areas may involve longer lead times and higher costs.
